Prices are now at a daily rate, arriving any day, minimum 3 NIGHTS
HOT TUB - Due to the electricity price increase, the hot tub is now available as an optional extra. £10 per day 1st March - 1st December, £20 per day 1st December - 1st March. If requested, the tub must be booked for the duration of your stay. Please request on your booking form under special needs/requirements.
THE WATERHOUSE
Sleeps 4 in one kingsize bed and 2 bunk beds (Full single size). Accommodates 2 adults and 1 or 2
children under 18 years. A third Adult is an additional £50 for first 3 nights and £20 per additional night.

Limited WI-FI available
Firewood & kindling available for garden fire pit, £10 a load.
Non-refundable deposit of 20% is payable on booking.The balance of the booking fee is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival. Payment by cheque is payable to Martin Gould or Bank Transfer. Sorry but we cannot take credit or debit card payments.
